1 can of good-quality salmon or tuna in olive oil, drained
1 TBS Coconut flour
1 TBS Almond Flour
1 Egg
Generous squirt of Braggs liquid Aminos

Mix together until combined. Divide into four patties and fry in olive or avocado oil until firm and golden on both sides.

I like to serve them on top of a big salad with capers and a lemony dressing.
