Really into this really low abv cocktail. 1oz dry vermouth, 1/2 oz green olive brine, a couple shakes of orange bitters. Top with ice and sparkling water and garnish with green olives and a thin lemon slice.
Tansy smells like honey when it blooms. Magic.
A little snack plate. The sardines were a little much for josh but I like them with potato chips and cucumbers.
